DrVickers_bio

Licensed Chiropractic Physician

Applied Kinesiologist

After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology, Dr. Vickers received a doctorate in 1991 from National University of Health Sciences, formerly called National College of Chiropractic. He has practiced Chiropractic and Applied Kinesiology for 28 years in the beautiful city of Holland, MI.

A former athlete, Dr. Vickers injured his spine while playing basketball. He sought help from MD’s and chiropractors alike. But it wasn’t until a doctor treated him who used chiropractic and applied kinesiology that he experienced a full recovery. It was then he made the decision to make this his life’s work – to assist those in pain by helping to restore their body’s ability to function optimally.

Seeing patients from infants to 92-year-old elders, Dr. Vickers works with the structure and muscular system to affect change for the whole body, restoring function, strength, stamina, agility, and balance. Using AK, Chiropractic, and nutrition he corrects the imbalances in muscles while simultaneously diminishing each patient’s stress mentally and emotionally, as well as physically. His greatest joy is helping his patients live life to its fullest.

A 30-year resident of Holland, MI, he is married to the brilliant and successful Donna Vickers. They have five children and six grandchildren. When not working Dr. Vickers enjoys time with his beautiful and talented family and being an integral part of his church. An avid reader and perpetual learner, he values time spent increasing his knowledge about the gift of the human body. He is also one of the world’s great movie buffs.
