How Are Your Wheels?

Your car’s wheels, along with the rubber tires that encircle them, are your car’s connection to the ground. If they are out of alignment or bent from road impacts, your driving experience can be uneven and bumpy. In fact, driving a car with crooked wheels, bad tires, or a malalignment  causing them to not point in the direction intended can literally make driving a miserable experience.

Your feet are your wheels, your connection with the ground. Like the wheels on your car, if they are out of alignment or crooked from trauma – jolts, jars, falls, etc. – then they can make your standing, walking, or running experience miserable. Do you find yourself shifting from one foot to the other? Does one foot seem more weak or tender at the end of the day? Do you have feet and ankles that were sprained and never seemed to fully recover?

Everyone, no matter their age or size, depends on their feet to support them through all of life’s adventures. If your body’s “wheels” aren’t working for you the way they should, it’s time to have the problem corrected and watch your mileage improve!
